                      GHS Communication Tools

We have two means of communication that we encourage all students and parents to obtain for optimum communication:

  1. To keep up with your student’s grades, attendance and discipline be sure to get your CHALKABLE Gradebook (student information system) login from the counselors’ office.  Our Registrar, Jill Cash can provide this for you.  She can be reached at 918-786-3003 ext 1037 or jcash@ridgerunners.net.  This tool will allow us to better work together for your student.  Login here  for Chalkable Gradebook.
  2. To stay current with what is happening at GHS and receive emergency alerts and school closures click “connect” on the e-note image below.  From there you will be able to select sites, activities and teachers to receive notifications from.  Be sure to select Grove High School as one of your choices.  This tool replaces all previous notification tools Grove Public Schools has previously used.  It will be the only tool used to send out mass phone calls, text messages and push alerts.  Through e-notes, you select how we communicate with you.
